3,000 students apply for 104 openings in Central Michigan University College of Medicine

More than 3,000 students applied to Central Michigan University‘s College of Medicine for its second class. The college had 3,007 applications for 104 spots in the college compared to 2,765 applications for 64 spots last year. Three percent funding boost for public universities

After double-digit funding decreases last year, Michigan’s 15 public universities may get the increase in state backing they’ve been calling for, although not in a form they’d prefer. Gov.
