Tennessee University’s Law School Wins Long-Sought Accreditation

Tennessee University

The American Bar Association has conceded Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law temporary accreditation, after a protracted question concerning the ABA’s regard, the college declared on Monday.

The bar affiliation and the college had been conflicting for a considerable length of time over the school’s accreditation. Three years prior, the ABA denied the school’s offered for temporary accreditation, provoking the school to document a government antitrust claim against the bar affiliation.

The school dropped the suit in 2012 and said at the time that the two sides had swore to push ahead agreeably.
