Six Lebanese universities among top Arab schools

BEIRUT: The QS University Rankings for 2014 incorporated six Lebanese colleges among 50 positioned colleges in the Arab world.

The list of positioned the American University of Beirut (AUB) in the second place among Arab colleges included in the rankings.

As indicated by the review, Universite Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth (USJ) positioned 12, the Lebanese American University (LAU) came in the fourteenth spot, University of Balamand (24th), the state-possessed Lebanese University (27th), and Beirut Arab University (35th).

The main two Arab colleges are King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), which came in any case and King Saud University (third).
