College of Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, has offered regard to 34 boycotted esteemed colleges which were long ago boycotted. It has requested that them begin working once more. In 2009, the focal government had boycotted 44 esteemed colleges the country over, 34 of which have got a regard from UGC now.
Out of the remaining Universities, 7-8 have been boycotted because of insufficient framework offices. UGC has made a panel headed by bad habit executive H Devraj that has arranged the rundown. The Human Resource Development (HRD) Ministry will be sending a show-reason notice to these colleges before de-warning.
The report will be submitted in Supreme Court on September 30, 2014. Two esteemed colleges, then again have officially approached the court whining about UGC’s disappointment to take after the review process.
Nine parameters were mulled over when assessment was being carried out: whether all their present scholastic exercises and projects could have been completed without being an esteemed college; adjustment to the procurements of the UGC Act and UGC rules; parts of administration; nature of and developments in instructing learning procedure; examination yield; doctoral and other exploration degree program; workforce asset, affirmation methods and honor of degrees.

Chennai Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation,
Salem Academy of Maritime Education and Training,
Chennai Maharishi Matkandeswar University, Ambala, Haryana
Institute of Advanced Studies in Education, Rajasthan
List of universities proposed to be blacklisted:
Janardhan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, Udaipur
Ponnaiyah Ramajayam Institute of Science and Technology, Thanjavur
