The Board of Governors passed the College’s first ever Board Membership Charter a week ago at the last general gathering of the mid year. The reason for this Charter archive is to give Board parts a set of rules and obligations regarding characterizing the future vision of the College.
“We felt that it was important to meet up and concur on a characterized set of rules that would shape the fate of this Board and the fate of our College,” said Ray Danyluk, Board Chair of Portage College.
