INTO University Partnerships is to open two new study centres in partnership with the University of Stirling.
One will be based at Stirling’s campus in Scotland and will deliver pathway courses for international students. These will lead to degrees at the university.
The second, based at INTO’s east London campus, will offer degrees, language teacher training courses and English courses. INTO also delivers courses in London with City University and the University of East Anglia, although a deal with the latter will end in September.
Professor Gerry McCormac, principal and vice-chancellor of the University of Stirling, said: “INTO shares the University of Stirling’s commitment to high quality education. The partnership will achieve a step change across the University in relation to our international student experience.”
The deal represents INTO’s nineteenth joint venture with a public sector university.
