Marshall University to break ground on new $50 million facility

Marshall University will break ground at the site of its new engineering complex on Monday.

The new $50 million Arthur Weisberg Family Applied Engineering Complex will take 28 months to build. It should be opened by February 2015.

According to a news release from the university, “The building is named for Arthur Weisberg, president of Arthur’s Enterprises and founder of State Electric Supply Company. Arthur’s Enterprises made a large gift pledge to the Marshall University Foundation to help pay for the complex.”
