The State Students Admission Commission (TQDK) has summed up the results of the competition for the planned seats for Master’s degree education in Azerbaijani universities for 2012/13 academic year.
TQDK reports that the universities in the country enrolled 5,020 bachelors, of which 3,303 ones are school leaver of the current school year, 1,717 are bachelors who graduated from universities in previous years. Of the total number of students enrolled for Master’s degree education, 2,281 are males and 2,739 females.
The students enrolled for Master’s degree education should be registered at the university, in which they entered, from 3 to 12 July. The bachelors who passed successfully exams for Master’s degree education but ignored this procedure will be considered as refused from placement on the chosen specialty and will be excluded from the list of bachelors accepted for Master’s degree education.
