New Delhi: The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), along with Prometric, a trusted provider of market- leading test development and test delivery solutions, announced that the results of the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2011 will be available from 11 January 2012.
From 11 January, candidates will be able to log on to IIM’s secure portal via the CAT website www.catiim.in. Candidates will be required to enter their CAT registration number and email address in order to retrieve their results. Candidates are also advised to retain a printed copy of their results.
“The IIMs have verified the results data provided by Prometric and these have been uploaded to our secure site, and validated for accuracy,” said Professor Janakiraman Moorthy, CAT 2011 Convener. “In anticipation of slightly heavier traffic on the first day, candidates are advised to be patient and if they are not able to get the score card, they may try again later.”
“The hand-over of the results data to the IIMs marks the close of CAT 2011,” said Soumitra Roy, Managing Director, Prometric India. “An analysis of the scores indicates that the test performed exactly as expected of a scientific, psychometrically sound, valid and fair exam.”
CAT 2011 was conducted successfully over a 20-day testing window (22 Oct – 18 Nov 2011) in 68 test centres across 36 cities.
