Manama: Minister of Education Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Noaimi emphasized the role of projects in development of education and training whcih enhance output from general and higher educational institutions.
The Minister emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to benefitting from expertise of well-established international educational institutions in order to improve the output from higher educational institutions in compliance with the Higher Education Law and regulatory code.
The Minister of Education received today a delegation from the University of Edinburgh led by the University’s Director for Academic Quality Mr. Bryan Martin, and asserted the Ministry’s commitment to ensuring quality performance of higher educational institutions of their academic and research role as befits their position and excellent performance of their role in order to reap benefits to their students and courses of study.
The delegation shall implement a strategy for development of higher education and academic research under a contract signed between the Council of Higher Education and the University of Edinburgh.
